Alex Mate has been a cocktail aficionado for many years. His work allowed him to travel to the top cocktail bars in North America which brought him the inspiration to open his very own in his community. He combined his design/construction background and the attention to detail required to create this establishment and bring to light this classic concept of a cocktail bar. Bringing this level of craft to our community was my passion project and I am glad to see the community has embraced it with great enthusiasm.
